text_font_size=&#8221;18px&#8221; background_color=&#8221;rgba(10,10,10,0)&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>O decreto n\u00ba 3.048, de 06 de maio de 1999 \u2013 art. 283, Capitulo III estabelece a penalidade de multa para empresas que n\u00e3o realizam o LTCAT.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Portaria MPS n\u00ba 727 de 30 de maio de 2003, a partir do dia 1\u00ba de junho de 2003, conforme a gravidade da infra\u00e7\u00e3o, a multa para quem n\u00e3o realiza o LTCAT \u00a0varia de\u00a0R$ 991,03 a R$ 99.102,12.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, mantenha sempre suas documenta\u00e7\u00f5es e treinamentos em dia, dispon\u00edveis para consulta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o ter LTCAT significa n\u00e3o ter fundamentado, atrav\u00e9s de um laudo, a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho de seu funcion\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Consequentemente n\u00e3o saber\u00e1 sobre o devido ou n\u00e3o pagamento do adicional da insalubridade e dessa forma, se for insalubre, n\u00e3o controla ou n\u00e3o paga adequadamente, podendo ser respons\u00e1vel por uma futura doen\u00e7a no trabalho ou uma a\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista pelo pagamento incorreto.<\/p>\n<p>Se for salubre, n\u00e3o evidencia e ter\u00e1 subsidio para uma defesa em a\u00e7\u00f5es trabalhistas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
